Yes. Your data is hosted on AWS servers in the EU with encryption at rest and in transit. Chat messages use end-to-end encryption (Signal Protocol), so not even we can read them. We support two-factor authentication for account security.

CrewBuddy is free to use with core features included. An optional subscription unlocks premium features like advanced FDP calculations, logbook export integrations, and more.

Go to Settings > Logbook Export in the app. CrewBuddy supports one-tap export to PilotLog, LogTenPro, Logger, and Jetlog. Exports sync automatically with your schedule updates.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

CrewBuddy requires iOS 18.6 or later. It runs on iPhone and supports Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island on compatible devices.

Yes. All chat messages are end-to-end encrypted using the Signal Protocol. Only you and the recipient can read them — CrewBuddy servers only store encrypted ciphertext. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days.
